The boss expects you to work overtime for the sake of working overtime. When cleaning, you have to sweat all over before your efforts are recognized as serious. A suitably respectful attitude is required. Employees stay for an average of three or four months before leaving. The company recruits year-round, and turnover is high. There are various restrictions on taking leave and annual leave. They only want obedient, compliant employees.
