Read the community guidelinesA good place to experience spiritual cultivation and palace intrigue culture
If you love challenging your psychological limits, are skilled at reading people, and are enthusiastic about office palace-intrigue dramas, this company will be your stage. Every day, you can learn how to survive under high pressure and unpredictable emotional fluctuations, further developing your stress tolerance and sense of emptiness.
The most important thing here is not ability, but whether you know which side to take, whether you know how to file petty reports, and whether you can smile on the surface while mentally checking out. As long as you are accustomed to a system where “money is deducted when you make a mistake, and reasons can be found to deduct money even when you haven’t,” and can appreciate illogical rotations and one-person-rule decision-making, I believe you will adapt very well.
Here, you don’t need much creativity or personal opinion; you only need to understand “obedience.”
The entire office is filled with internal conflict: harmonious on the surface, but full of scheming behind the scenes, with everyone acting selfishly.
Here, deductions happen faster than raises, the benefits are all empty promises, and the only constant is your fate of being treated as a disposable resource.
Those brave enough to take on the challenge, please think twice!
A great place to wear down your mind, work yourself to the bone, and train your lower back.
You don’t need brains; as long as you know how to write petty reports, you can survive there for a long, long time.
The company has absolutely no system. Everything is done according to the boss’s mood. As long as the boss comes into the company, everyone has to endure a daily mental bombardment (seriously, what the hell), causing the employees there to do nothing but scheme against and sabotage one another. It’s the same in the office and on-site: everything looks fine on the surface, but no one is willing to teach you behind your back, because once you become more capable, they won’t be able to survive…
I’ve observed this company for a long time. The people department is full of scheming and two-faced people, while on-site, veteran employees bully newcomers. The women in the company are always treated like men; all the heavy, physically demanding work is done by women, and the male employees have not a shred of gentlemanly conduct. The supervisors allow this culture to continue, and everyone is selfish and concerned only with their own interests.
The company is very good at deducting money. Picking the wrong order or making a mistake always results in a deduction. An on-site uniform costs $750 per item, while an office employee’s uniform costs $1,250 per item (only one item is provided, and you have to complete a year before they won’t deduct it). You won’t receive another one until two years later. They deduct $350 every month for a welfare fund, yet there are no company dinners, no year-end banquet—nothing at all. They really have the nerve to make these deductions!!! They’re much quicker to deduct money than to give raises~
If you have the courage to take on a century-old terrible job, hurry up and apply. They’re desperately short-staffed, and no matter how you get by at the company, they won’t fire you. They’ll only keep humiliating you or transferring you around until you quit~
