They randomly schedule interviews without even looking at applicants’ résumés. They do not even know the interview time, and still ask applicants whether they have brought a résumé. The salary offered is very low, yet they expect you to be a jack-of-all-trades. In addition to design, you are also expected to handle product development and know how to draw 3D structural dielines. On top of that, you have to perform some prepress work and check clients’ files. It is a position covering practically everything, but the job description on the 104 website is very vague, and the salary offered is also extremely low!!!!!
