1. During the interview, they promised that employees could do what they wanted after completing their work, including using their phones, browsing the web, and creating things, but later went back on their word.
2. The boss often uses defamatory words and expressions toward employees, then claims it was a joke. The boss also has excessive physical contact with female employees, causing harassment.
3. Employees are required to work every other Saturday but do not receive the overtime pay they are entitled to.
4. The boss randomly stigmatizes employees without informing them, verifying the facts, or discussing the matter with them, and talks about them behind their backs. Employees have to discover this for themselves.
5. Employees are laid off without following the procedures required by law. They are suddenly informed, without being told the reason, and likewise have to discover it for themselves.
6. Female employees are often required to wear outfits such as shorts that are inappropriate for workplace attire.
