Low salary, no overtime pay
It depends on the project; some are very relaxed, while others are very busy.
There is no overtime pay!!!! You only get compensatory time off, but occasionally they may shortchange you. Remember that the salary they quote is before labor and health insurance deductions, and the salary already includes the perfect-attendance bonus!!!!
They tell you during the interview that there are company vehicles, but you often have to work off-site without a vehicle. Applying for fuel reimbursement is very complicated.
You don't earn more the longer you work there.
