The boss has a very bad temper and takes out their personal issues on everyone. They can suddenly have a huge outburst at any time and have extremely poor emotional intelligence! Today they tell you to do something one way, and tomorrow they scold you for doing it that way. They are always inconsistent and make decisions entirely according to their mood. At once, they may ask you to do many things that are simply impossible to finish in a day, then say you can take your time. But the next day, they immediately scold you for being too slow and ask why you still haven't finished... During the interview on 104, the job posting stated that there were three bonuses and domestic and international travel opportunities, but in reality, there were none at all.
