Read the community guidelinesFlexible working hours; the immediate supervisor is hardly ever in the office on Fridays.
They say they are not an agency but an official institution of a university in Texas, and that they represent multiple U.S. universities.

Flexibility
The system is relatively disorganized, and employee turnover is extremely high. Bonuses for business positions are pathetically low, and working hours tend to be long. Very few employees are able to stay for more than a year. Many things described during interviews differ from the actual situation. Much of what the boss says is questionable, with a habitual tendency to fabricate and alter facts. I worked there for a few months; think carefully before joining, and don’t waste your time.
