Read the community guidelinesThe company atmosphere is very good. There is no rigid hierarchy, everyone gets along comfortably, and there is a strong sense of solidarity. The boss is very humorous. The salary is average, but the benefits are not bad (NT$5,000 sponsorship for each Parents’ Day gift, NT$2,000 sponsorship for Valentine’s Day, and NT$5,000 assistance for enrolling in external continuing-education courses).
The boss is a nice person. Just relax during the interview and treat it as a conversation.
I have only had the interview, so I’m not familiar with the drawbacks.
