應徵業務，面試完覺得莫名其妙很好笑，剛進去會由一位女士接待，會請你填寫一張胎壓基本介紹及選擇題填寫，然后會有一位老年人士，可能是老闆，面試開始用一堆跟工作無關的是，結婚沒？有買房嗎？買在哪？貸款還剩多少？父母做什麼？，然后開始說他們客人很廣，很多大廠都跟他們拿貨，然后突然一直接單講手機處理訂單，面試斷斷續續，等他講完又開始面試，然后又接電話處理訂單（我心想不能專心面試一下嗎？這種訂單沒有業務可以幫你處理嗎？）然后開始說他們業界底薪三萬+獎金1%（104明明寫4萬面談，寫3萬根本不會投浪費時間），要開自己車，車油資與停車費補貼3000元/月（沒有任何車輛補貼），然后強調我們要很強業務能力的人，然后電話進來他又開始講電話，我在等他電話講完，馬上快速跟他說我會比較ㄧ下其他工作后再決定，趕快離開，覺得很有趣的一間公司及面試！

I have experienced everything described by the interviewee above during my interview.

The online interview time was agreed upon, but it was suddenly changed five minutes beforehand, wasting the time spent waiting and preparing.

During the interview, they asked private questions, seemingly looking at the résumé aimlessly and asking random questions, such as whether I was married, whether I had a boyfriend, and what position my boyfriend held.

Where do my parents live? Where was I born?

Throughout the interview, they kept trying to inquire about the previous company's business secrets instead of verifying my work experience, which felt extremely disgusting.

They also provided no explanation of the current company's scale, product distribution planning, or job requirements. The employee's competence is questionable.

Anyone considering an interview should be careful and trust the interview experience shared above by someone who has been through it.

People looking for a job are advised not to submit a résumé and waste their time.

Be cautious and avoid stepping on a landmine.

The company scheduled a phone interview, but even half an hour after the agreed time, no one had called. I proactively called the company to inquire, and the person who answered said that all the interviewers had already left work and were no longer at the company, so they reluctantly interviewed me. During the conversation, they did not come across as professional.

I specifically rearranged my schedule to wait at home for the phone interview, and the result was that they simply failed to coordinate properly. Speechless!

During the interview, the interviewer asked some irrelevant questions, such as which of the clients I had worked with in the past had the best performance, what their revenue was, and who the corresponding procurement contact was. They even asked for the contact's full name, explaining that their company also worked with this client. However, when they heard the name, their reaction suggested that they did not recognize it. They may have just been forcing the claim that it was a client they worked with. Perhaps they were only trying to gather some market intelligence?

The office location is quite convenient.

The interviewer was very strange. Throughout the entire interview, they barely looked me in the eye and kept fiddling with the pen in their hand...

It felt like they were neither from HR nor a department manager, and they could hardly answer anything I asked.

Since the position I interviewed for was relatively technical, it was frustrating to see them look completely clueless while flipping through my portfolio...

After discussing the salary, they started saying that the company's compensation requires an internal approval process, so it might not be very high at first and I would have to wait until after the probationary period.

As for the benefits, there might be a company dinner once every two or three months (not sure). Regarding company trips, they said that because the number of employees has decreased, they might not go... because they still have to choose a location and so on...(Huh???

The year-end bonus depends on individual performance and may vary...

When I submitted my application, I thought the company seemed pretty good overall, but after the interview, I felt that the company might be in decline... The interviewer even said that the manager did not have time to conduct interviews, which made me wonder about the point of scheduling an interview. Please consider carefully before applying to this company.

The interviewer only commented on and grilled the job candidate about their résumé, and did not answer questions about the job responsibilities or salary. When I was leaving, they were not even willing to give me a business card.
