Read the community guidelines1. There are opportunities to travel abroad to participate in exhibitions in Europe and Asia every year.
2. The company’s customer base and development are fairly stable.
3. The owner mentioned that there are many related products that can be developed in this industry, such as medical supports and so on... The owner is also quite ambitious about expanding and growing the business externally.
1. As soon as I entered the interview room, I smelled cigarette smoke, so the owner may have a habit of smoking in the office.
2. If you work in sales, when customers choose to come on Saturdays or Sundays, you must receive them because the position is based on a responsibility system. Overtime pay was not mentioned.

5. During the interview, the owner’s wife’s attitude was that the company’s terms and conditions were simply what they were, and whether you accepted them was up to you; there was not much room for negotiation.
