Read the community guidelinesIt’s a 7-ELEVEN, and the boss isn’t at the store, so you don’t have to deal with him. The coworkers are around 20–30 years old and are all easy to get along with. If you don’t like the way people interact in an office, I think this place is also pretty good (except for the person over 30). Once you get used to the work, it doesn’t feel very busy.
The boss expects people who have never done this work before to learn everything immediately within a week. Don’t expect him to provide anything for staff dinners, year-end parties, birthday cash gifts, the three major holiday bonuses, or overtime pay. When you work on holidays and there’s no one else around, they’ll even deduct hours from your compensatory leave and tell you to leave early. The performance bonus is practically nonexistent, yet they still require you to reach the sales target.
