Pros
The colleagues’ work abilities were insanely strong. When I first joined as a completely inexperienced newcomer, I was producing one project every day from the start, working overtime every day without overtime pay. My salary was under 28K at the time, haha.
Cons
Every day, the boss complained about the employees, took on work indiscriminately, and signed contracts recklessly—a stereotypical exploitative boss who let clients make whatever demands they wanted.
