Pros
The advantage is that there are no advantages.
Cons
They treat newcomers terribly. If you make a mistake because many things weren't explained clearly, they berate you; they also berate you for things that aren't your responsibility. When they make mistakes themselves, they act as if nothing happened. It's simply a small company with no systems, no benefits, low pay, and no overtime pay, where you're expected to do everything, so take care.
