Read the community guidelinesThe interviewer was quite nice, but what she said did not feel genuine.
When applying for the community secretary position, I was tested on my computer and document-processing skills during the interview. After the test, I was directly asked to go to the site for an internship to get a feel for the environment. I went for two half-day internships; I thought it was acceptable that there was no hourly pay, since I was still getting used to things. At the end of the first day, I received a call saying they would notify me the day after tomorrow about the internship schedule, but then they gave me no notice and there was no further information. It was simply a waste of time. If they felt I was unsuitable, they could have said so directly.
