The starting salary offered to newcomers is low at 25K. Working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., totaling 8.5 hours. You arrange your own schedule to complete your own projects, but if you go over the allotted time, you are not paid overtime. You have to be willing to work every other week or only take Sundays off in order to get a raise. The boss thinks these conditions are perfectly reasonable. The boss also emphasizes that people are being hired to learn, then goes on at length with grand life lessons. I’m dizzy.
