Free afternoon tea is provided every Wednesday. The year-end banquet is always held at a five-star hotel in Tainan, and after the Lunar New Year, there is a spring banquet in Kaohsiung.
Cons
Yibai Company's revenue is not very profitable. Salaries are quite average and not high; over the past four or five years, there has only been one salary adjustment, in the first year shortly after completing three months. The year-end bonus is never more than one month’s salary, and employee turnover is high.
