No need to clock in or out for work.
Cons
During the probationary period, the salary is at the basic wage. Your life revolves around the hospital doctors,
and if the area is relatively remote, working hours can easily exceed the limit.
The workload is extremely heavy at first, with too much effort and too little reward.
