Read the community guidelinesOne advantage is that the office environment is nice, haha.
When you join the wrong team, everything becomes the beginning of a mistake.
The manager is emotional, likes to use verbal blackmail, dislikes doing work, thinks they are very busy, and is late and leaves early all day. Sometimes, when you respond to them, they think you are talking back and get explosively angry.
They really are this company’s biggest failure. I don’t know what the boss was thinking by making them a manager, haha.
Please make sure to distinguish carefully during the interview; if you encounter them, it is truly pitiful.
Don’t doubt your own abilities. Ask yourself instead why someone so useless can be your manager.
You really can learn things, but you need to have the right manager.
The company completely disregards employees’ physical health. Overtime is treated as a matter of course, and working until the early hours of the morning is considered normal! There is no overtime pay, and when you work until the early hours, there is no transportation allowance—you have to pay for a taxi home yourself. If you take the company’s transportation subsidy, money will even be deducted from your pay! What is the point of sacrificing your physical health for a company that neither shows consideration for nor takes care of its employees?
The manager only takes leave at critical moments, pushes employees to the brink with proposals, and does nothing but scold people because they are afraid of losing face.
They also subject employees to psychological abuse at unpredictable times, dump their emotions on employees, and sow discord among them. They are not fit to be a manager at all.
Every day they are suspicious and think their employees do not support them! What is there to support about a manager like that?
They never say no to unreasonable client demands and only require employees to fulfill them.
Whenever something goes wrong, they only blame the employees. Why not reflect on the fact that their own supervision is also part of the problem?
All I can say is that I have never seen someone so incompetent.
It is better that a company and manager like this are gone.
They are not worth it at all.
