Pros

Creative Marketing Department

1. The work environment is clean, with a cleaning lady coming regularly.

2. The atmosphere is not overly serious or too quiet.

3. Although there is no overtime pay, compensatory leave is provided for working on holidays.

4. Colleagues are easy to get along with. Planners support one another, and in some situations, designers also assist the planners.

5. Since this department has no sales staff, planners also serve as the sales contacts for quotation-related communications. Depending on the situation, they coordinate event bookings and communicate with hardware vendors and partner companies, reducing the possibility of communication gaps caused by relaying messages through others.

6. There are performance bonuses. Once you exceed the threshold, the more projects you complete, the more you earn.

Cons

1. Most newly hired planners have no prior experience, and the turnover period is 1–2 years.

2. The turnover rate among designers is high: those who have worked for more than a year typically stay 1–2 years, while those who have worked for less than a year stay about 1 week to 2 months.

3. There are no bonuses for the three major festivals.

4. Regardless of position, everyone must participate in planning, reviews, meetings, and event execution.

5. When there are events on holidays, everyone is generally required to attend and help execute them, except in special circumstances. If you place a high value on holidays, this department may not be suitable for you.

The company is mainly divided into two major departments: the Sales Department and the Creative Marketing Department. The Sales Department manages only bus and LED advertising, while the Creative Marketing Department handles event organization. The other departments are the Engineering Department and the E-commerce Department (currently under development).

When fully staffed, the Creative Marketing Department has 2 supervisors, 7 planners, and 1 designer.

When fully staffed, the Sales Department has 2 supervisors, 6 sales staff, and 2 graphic designers providing assistance.

Under normal circumstances, the two departments have no interaction.

Every job has its advantages and disadvantages. You can judge for yourself. Best of luck with your job search~~
