The general manager is a short, overweight, middle-aged woman who speaks very harshly. She requires employees to loudly say “Good day, General Manager” whenever they see her in the company, and to say it every time they see her. She likes to monitor every movement outside from inside her room; I suspect there are surveillance monitors in the room. Whenever anything does not suit her, she comes out to mock the employees and treats them very poorly.
This general manager also takes the opportunity to criticize travelers in front of them when they are present and do not understand Chinese. If you consider yourself extremely stress-resistant or have masochistic tendencies, you can apply for a job.

The year before last (2016), I was notified through a job bank about an interview for a front desk service position, but when I arrived, they said there was no opening and wanted to change the interview to a luggage service position. However, I saw on the computer that the front desk service position was still listed. I told them at the time that it was my preferred position, but they insisted that there was no opening, so I left immediately.
Last year (2017), the interview notification was the same, so I directly declined the interview on the website.
