Pros

The factory technicians are all very nice and will genuinely treat you well. I was initially drawn in by the owner's so-called vision and promises that I could learn a lot. It was only after joining that I realized the owner and the second owner were really bad. The owner also won't listen to your explanations, and there is nothing you can do to change that.

Cons

1. Please think carefully before joining. Almost none of the work you will do is related to the position you applied for. After joining as a graphic designer, you will have to grind models, draw engineering diagrams, and operate machinery every day. They say it's just helping out, but it ends up becoming your main job. You will work overtime almost every day, and working until after around midnight is the norm. It is absolutely impossible to leave work on time, and there is no overtime pay. In addition, the second owner will use many underhanded tactics.

2.

Unlimited overtime, low pay, being called in at any time on holidays, and compensatory leave for shift changes is very difficult to request. The second owner will speak badly about you, and occupational injuries will also be met with indifference from the second owner. ((From personal experience: solvent splashed into my eye, and I had to take the bus to see a doctor by myself. The owners did not care about me. P.S. Fortunately, there were no serious problems after my eye was treated.)

3. For newcomers who want to learn modeling skills, the factory technicians here can teach you a lot. However, the disadvantages far, far, far outweigh the advantages, so I do not recommend staying.
