The company posted an administrative staff position on 104, and the job description only listed general administrative duties, with no other skill requirements. During the actual interview, I said I had basic proficiency in office software, but was told that they could do that too—so why hire someone? They asked the interviewee to explain in detail what value they could bring to the company. If they have so many requirements for administrative staff, why not write them directly in the 104 posting? It was a waste of other people’s time. During the interview, they said they would respond with the interview result on August 29, but they never did, which left a very bad impression.
