The company has repeatedly delayed salary payments!!! You only find out on payday whether you will actually be paid that day. They exploit employees heavily, and when there are many projects, they do not give you time to process the workload, instead assigning tasks haphazardly. When making proposals to clients, they always exaggerate the company’s staff size as 20 people, when in fact there are fewer than ten. The office is as bare-bones as an internet café. The boss loves camping, but has an eccentric personality and puts more effort into camping than running the company.

Located in an old apartment building in Ximending. As soon as the elevator opened, I wanted to turn around and leave without even stepping inside. Sure enough, the inside was no better. The environment was no different from an internet café—a dim, grayish office. All the equipment was extremely old and covered in dust. There were very few people in the office and many vacancies; there were more desks and chairs than employees.
The interview process was very brief. Basically, the boss seemed to be in a hurry and did not ask many questions. The current clients also did not include those listed online, and the projects that actually still existed were unclear.
Based on all of the above, it is very obvious that this is a terrible job opening looking for a scapegoat.
