Pros

Very close to the MRT station, with fixed working hours.

Cons

This is the third business division of Kobayashi Hair Salon.

The staff here are all very experienced.

There is no overtime pay, but the supervisor likes to ask people to work overtime, or deliberately causes you to work overtime.

There is gender discrimination; they only like to hire women.

Most senior employees hold shares. Some veteran employees force their own work onto newcomers. Reporting it to the supervisor is useless—the supervisor only protects the veterans.

The salary system is not transparent. Requests for the company’s salary structure have repeatedly been rejected.

To obtain subsidies, the company uses employees as figureheads without consulting them. Anyone joining should be careful.

The highest-ranking supervisor here is very unprofessional. Even when they do not understand something, they will stubbornly insist that you cooperate.

The owner is very stingy, and the equipment is very old, which affects work efficiency.

The office supervisor is a major shareholder and ingratiates themself with the store supervisor. To curry favor with the store supervisor, they throw newcomers to the store supervisor to be berated. They are very irresponsible.

You may inexplicably be forced to take on a pile of work unrelated to your department. Anyone considering joining should preferably have some real-world experience; otherwise, you may find yourself constantly being taken advantage of.
