Cons

I won’t mention the personal issues; I’ll just talk about the most direct points.

First, there is a clock-in system for starting work, but you are responsible for staying until the work is done.

Don’t even think about finishing early and leaving early—in general, more work will continue to be piled onto you.

Also, the company expects one person to be able to handle an entire production line.

You have to know everything from converting the drawings, to producing the final drawings, posting them on-site, and performing maintenance on the machinery in the back.

You also have to learn to do odd jobs, sweep the floors, clean the restrooms, organize the factory, and so on.

If you finish the drawings early, you may even have to remain on standby at the company.

That’s because you may need to go and post the drawings after 7 p.m., when department stores or supermarkets close.

So working overtime until after midnight before clocking out is something that does happen.

p.s.: You don’t get overtime pay~ Sweetie.

The salary was 25,000, which was the amount after becoming a permanent employee.

However, I’m not sure whether the salary has increased since then, given how long ago this was.

p.s. 2: At the time, salaries were paid the following month, and they wouldn’t specifically tell you this during the interview either.

(For example: If you joined the company at the beginning of May and worked through the end of June, you wouldn’t receive that period’s salary at the beginning of June; it would be deferred until July. If you don’t calculate your salary carefully, problems may arise.)
