When the supervisor initially asked me to come for an interview, I had already stated on 104 that I couldn’t ride a motorcycle, but the supervisor still wanted me to come and interview anyway. When I arrived, the supervisor gave me a large stack of documents to fill out. Even though I had brought my résumé, I was still asked to write everything out again. After I finished, the supervisor came in for the interview. I said that I wanted to learn more, but the supervisor thought this didn’t align with my current job and that it was too much of a leap. The supervisor also said that this job wasn’t suitable for me because I couldn’t ride a motorcycle. I had already made it very clear on 104 that I couldn’t ride a motorcycle, but now they were saying I wasn’t suitable. It felt really bad—like they were simply wasting everyone’s time.
