There are only a few people in the company, but the turnover rate is extremely high. During the busy season—especially election season—the workload is brutal, with overtime every day. The boss even hypocritically blames the employees for the mistakes, saying that their poor efficiency wastes his electricity costs.
The female supervisor has a very bad temper. She takes out her anger on employees over even trivial matters, such as a cabinet not closing properly. She also deliberately uses underhanded tactics to create mistakes for employees. For example, an artist once sent files to the printing company and called to confirm that everything was correct before leaving work. However, the female supervisor deliberately told the printing company to print the draft she had made herself instead of the artist’s. When work resumed, she complained to the boss that the artist had left without finishing the job, forcing her to help fix the problem.
There were also instances where, because the boss thought another employee was performing well, the female supervisor would be absent without leave for no reason. She only came back and said, “Either he goes or I go,” after the boss became furious and threatened to promote that employee to replace her. (Incidentally, that employee eventually resigned as well.)
All I can say is, it’s quite something for a company with only a handful of people to be this dysfunctional...

The work is very demanding, the managers and boss are very spoiled, there is no overtime pay, and the manager has a bad temper, takes it out on others, and has poor emotional control.
I don't recommend this company. If you're a rookie with no experience and want to use it as a training ground to get some practice, it might be okay, but if you have better options, don't choose this company.

The company is on the 10th floor, and the main entrance is tightly locked, so the interior cannot be seen. Before the interview, the company requires many written tests. The test content is not difficult, but the attitude is poor. The manager who invited me to the interview went on a business trip unexpectedly before the interview even took place, leaving an extremely poor impression.
