Easy to take leave, no overtime
Cons
Poor salary/benefits, severe bullying problems, uneven workload distribution, senior employees who rely on connections and tenure to take advantage of the company and do whatever they want, and colleagues who are good at putting on an act but actually slack off and shirk their responsibilities. These issues have led to low team morale and high turnover, while the employer has no real interest in managing the situation, creating a vicious cycle.
