Although it is not explicitly stated that participation in company trips is mandatory, after being absent twice in total, the boss will ask you to resign automatically.
Regardless of whether you attend the company trip, personal leave is deducted in all cases—even when it takes place on Saturdays or Sundays. This is highly unreasonable.
Upon joining the company, you must submit one of your personal seals. Whenever the company introduces a new policy, everyone is required to stamp it uniformly as proof of agreement, leaving no way to object.
