Pros
There is no perfect attendance bonus, so taking leave will not result in a deduction from a perfect attendance bonus. The interviewing supervisor was very kind. Overtime pay is provided, and labor and health insurance contributions, including the 6% pension contribution, are all provided. The work environment is fairly clean, and the job duties do not sound too difficult.
