Pros
The boss is very talkative and has many ideas. The interview process was very pleasant, and it felt like he was willing to nurture employees and provide them with opportunities for development in various areas. He mentioned that there would be frequent business trips to China.
Cons
Although I was offered the job, the recruitment conditions stated a salary of 30K or more. In reality, when I went in, the boss said it would be 28K (26K during the probationary period), which was somewhat disappointing, so I ultimately decided not to take the job.
