Cons

1. The company's organizational structure is chaotic, and the boss does not respect professional expertise. One position may involve multiple roles, with marketing staff also having to handle customer service and store duties.

2. The boss's decisions are vague and unclear. They like you to come up with your own ideas, but in fact they already have an answer in mind. If your answer differs from what they are thinking, they will reject it and make you rethink it until you come up with the same answer as theirs.

3. The company does not seem to be clear about what kind of talent it needs. If an interview feels promising, they will rush to bring you in; if they discover that you are “not submissive,” they will also find a way to make you leave quickly. I do not understand this mentality of summoning people at will and dismissing them just as easily.

4. The company does not really comply with the Labor Standards Act. Even when asking you to leave, it does not want to follow the redundancy procedures and will try to pressure you into resigning voluntarily. It does not want to provide anything it is supposed to provide. Where do they get the nerve? Are they not afraid of being reported by former employees?

5. The training is vague and unclear, and no one will really guide you (because everyone is “wearing multiple hats” and is simply too busy to pay attention to you).

6. The boss is very conservative and fundamentally does not want to change. Although the boss complains bitterly about the obvious problems in the company's senior management, they back down whenever major changes are actually needed. This is truly baffling.

7. The entire company likes to redo work. They also require you to write a work diary every day. In this day and age, what company still makes employees write work diaries?

8. The boss requires employees to come in unpaid on their days off for company activities such as lectures and courses. They call it the company helping employees pursue further training, but in reality it is simply taking advantage of employees' days off. They also pressure employees to attend by saying, “Whether you come is up to you, but I cannot guarantee that not coming will not affect your performance review.” It is terrifying.

Summary: To work at this company, you need to be sufficiently submissive. If you do not care about the salary and want to train yourself in “multitasking” skills, you can come. Anyway, I escaped.
