A company with very little structure. Basically, most of the work involves business trips to China, and attending drinking sessions is unavoidable. They engage in politics under the guise of trade. The boss founded the Chinese Unification Promotion Party, and when traveling to China for work, you must pretend to hold a pro-unification stance. There is no free time during business trips, and the boss may even knock on your hotel room door in the middle of the night. About 80% of the work itinerary will not go according to plan, and you often end up working for nothing. The boss deliberately drives wedges between employees, verbally harasses employees, and makes uncomfortable physical gestures. The entire company is made up of women. In short, it is a very strange company.

My friend didn’t stay at this company for long before leaving. Apparently, they used the company’s name for political activities. During the interview, they said it was related to medicine and pharmaceuticals, but my friend was deceived into joining. After looking into it, the work was not related to medicine and pharmaceuticals at all, but to a borough chief. When my friend was leaving, they told them that the salary couldn’t be the same as what had originally been discussed, claiming they couldn’t report paying too much to the Labor Bureau, and asked them to resign themselves. Very shady.
