Pros
I currently work at Dianhui Electromechanical, and the colleagues and HR are actually quite nice.
Cons
The main issue is that the person at the top constantly emotionally manipulates and berates people every day. Job responsibilities are unclear—you’re expected to do whatever you’re told, and if you don’t do it well, you’ll be scolded. They often shout and curse at people in the office.
