Pros
There are a few great guys, along with a whole bunch of coworkers who are afraid to speak up! Plus two very superficial managers.
Cons
They may appear to be full of principles up front, but they will keep stabbing you in the back!
I heard that they previously wanted employees to leave but were unwilling to pay severance!
They can encourage infighting and conflicts among coworkers, spending several years at it!
They are willing to do whatever it takes to drive down the work atmosphere throughout the entire company!
