I do not recommend working here. Any other job in a related field would be better than this place. The boss’s wife is very good at emotional manipulation and badmouthing former colleagues. If she forces you to resign because she thinks you are unsuitable, she will ask you to write an SOP for this job for your successor to use. The company has no rules or regulations specifying what work needs to be done. The boss’s wife is not very capable, yet she still pretends to be very professional.
