Read the community guidelinesThe company pays overtime in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
1. The boss is extremely biased. Basically, once you gain their favor, you can get priority and have an easier time with almost anything.
2. Even though the company has fewer than five employees, there is still a lot of scheming and office politics....
3. The boss’s way of doing things is old-fashioned and outdated (even though it’s an e-commerce company).
4. Suggestions for improvement are almost always rejected or used against you; they do things their own way.
5. I’ve heard that the turnover rate seems to be extremely high.
The company is very quiet
1. I waited for a while before the interviewer arrived
2. The interviewer was very articulate, but some aspects of the job responsibilities were described unclearly
3. Junlin recruited me, but upon joining the company, I was listed under Jipin, which was very strange
1. Free coffee provided
2. Lunch may consist of test dishes (whether the ingredients have expired is another matter)
1. The boss has the final say. She asks you to share your ideas, then rejects them all, and ultimately does things her way.
2. She says things like, “Are you an idiot?” to employees. She is extremely disrespectful in the way she speaks.
3. As long as you obediently follow instructions and say what the boss wants to hear, you can earn her favor. If you suggest a different approach or viewpoint, she instead feels that you have too many ideas of your own and are difficult to control.
4. Employees who earn the boss’s favor have one thing in common: they are good at putting on appearances, passing the buck, and framing coworkers.
5. The boss often says that she has a design background, so she frequently nitpicks over very pointless details and is highly subjective. She may not explain herself clearly, and after you revise something several times based on what she says, she may still criticize you for taking so long.
6. The boss does not know how to manage or lead people, and the company has an extremely high turnover rate. Apparently, an entire batch of employees has already been replaced.
