Everyone, don’t be misled by the salary and benefits listed on the job website. The salary shown for housekeeping staff is NT$30,000 or more, but in reality it is only NT$29,000. The benefits section says that meal allowances are provided for food and beverage positions, but in fact there is no such allowance. The front desk will ask whether you want to order food, but employees have to pay for their own meals; otherwise, they have to bring their own food. Therefore, the monthly salary actually comes to less than NT$29,000. There are 6–7 days off per month, and the schedule is arranged by the manager, not chosen by employees. Taking leave results in a pay deduction. This company is suitable for applicants who are truly in urgent need of money and do not mind being exploited.
