Read the community guidelinesThe best thing about working here is that, because the company has no formal systems, it is easy to take leave, and employees can have flexible working hours. Since management itself is already rather unconventional, things are much more flexible for those below as well~~ When management is in a good mood, there are drinks and snacks, and occasionally we watch movies. However, we watch them in the company's meeting room, and management calculates the difference between the movie's runtime and the end of the workday, because they do not want to waste employees' working time. The movie time is calculated just right.
Management itself does not lead by example and is quite demanding of employees. They are also very calculating. If you are the kind of person who does not quibble over things, you may be able to stay here reluctantly. The main issue is that management is not very willing to share the profits with employees. Even when the company makes money, management takes it to spend on their own needs instead of sharing it with employees. They are the kind of stingy, small-minded boss who lacks generosity.
