There are many cliques. Those without ability occupy positions indefinitely without contributing; staying for a long time is an important factor in getting promoted, while capable people are always placed last.
Fuel and parking allowances for business activities. Sales staff do not really need to develop clients; the boss assigns them. The Chinese New Year holiday is a little longer than usual. The employees are very united; only the three bosses are fighting among themselves.
Every other week off. The boss comes from a sales background and supports the sales staff even when they mess things up. The company prioritizes sales, with sales taking the lead and administrative staff playing a supporting role.
