A box of pineapple cakes at the end of the year
I had collaborated with them for several years in the past and have worked here as a supervisor for three years. Although they claim that sales are booming, I only received a box of pineapple cakes at year-end... They are the Elephant Man clothing brand that often holds sales at major department stores and hypermarkets, as well as online e-commerce platforms. They are quite good at pressuring people into working overtime for free, and there are no bonuses or performance incentives or anything like that. Internal policies often change various deduction systems according to their mood. Please think carefully before accepting a position!
