Cons
While waiting, the receptionist took the water intended for the interviewee from a colleague and said that since it was only an interview, there was no need to give it to them. It felt impolite—did they think the interviewee and customers couldn’t hear?
The interview was conducted by video, and the supervisor’s face could not be seen. Although I applied for one position, they wanted the interviewee to switch to another department.
