Pros
Small companies usually don’t have anyone who can help you, but the growth curve is fairly fast.
Cons
Many decisions made by management are not very pleasant. If you’re looking for a stable company to develop your career, this won’t be the place for you. Personnel changes happen quickly; at the end of December 2019, many people were laid off. I sincerely recommend not coming here. Hiring people and then laying them off again within less than a year because of budget issues is also quite interesting—everyone can make their own judgment.
