The HR department is truly laughably incompetent. It was my first time encountering an interview that felt like an interrogation—a hostile hiring process. Not to mention that they even stood me up when contacting me at the agreed-upon time. The company’s HR has absolutely no integrity.

Participating in activities to satisfy executives’ vanity, plus being good at talking bullshit, means you don’t have to work. Let go of your sense of shame and you can leave work on time every day, happily collect your year-end bonus, give your executive stock tips if they like talking about stocks, join the badminton club more often if they like playing badminton, and join the bowling club more often if they like bowling. This is a company where you get ahead by sucking up.
A terrible company. During meetings, whoever raises a problem is responsible for solving it, so whenever the boss asks whether there are any problems, no one dares say there are any.
Losing orders is a profound art.... However, the company always seems to have an explanation that is completely different from the facts.
The promotion system is extremely unreasonable. The list of candidates for promotion must first be approved by supervisors from other departments. If you have ever offended an executive, you can forget about being promoted.
To evade taxes, the director asked the company not to give him cash but instead to give him a BMW. The company’s finance department even created a special channel for this purpose. No wonder it’s a company run on connections!
The company clearly violates the Labor Standards Act, but for some reason it isn’t shown on Tianyancha. You can search for “Shenyun Labor Standards Act” yourself.
