One person has to take on multiple roles (for example: accounting + administration + human resources + purchasing + warehouse management + customer service) (or: digital marketing + graphic design + web design + sales assistant + social media editor + all Shopee-related tasks + warehouse management + telephone customer service + video editing), but the salary does not increase
14. Decisions and instructions change from morning to evening
15. The supervisor teaches product knowledge, but you have to find someone to teach you shipping and warehouse management yourself (there is no training)
16. You need to be very perceptive and help with whatever anyone is doing (including washing the boss’s dishes and taking out household trash)
17. They may unfairly blame you for things that never happened
18. You cannot verbally disagree with the boss; when the boss curses at people, it is treated as a normal emotional release
19. The company has surveillance cameras that record audio and video, and the computers also have tracking software that can trace which software you use and which websites you visit every day
