There aren't many advantages.
Cons
The pay is low and there's a huge amount of work. In summer, it's extremely hot—so hot that you can be covered in sweat just standing still. Employees who are capable are given so much work that they can't finish it all, while those who are less capable have comparatively less work. Pay increases are very rare.
