Read the community guidelinesEmployee purchases about once a year
No holiday bonuses or any benefits
No overtime pay
An enormous number of tasks, and they are very miscellaneous
Even employees who are not warehouse staff have to move goods and do processing
Every Friday, you are required to go to the warehouse to organize returned goods…
The boss has traditional, very stubborn, and stingy ideas
The boss's wife also has very far-fetched ideas
The two authorities even fight with each other, making it extremely difficult to navigate…
In this day and age, they still assign rotating duty days and designate cleaning areas…
The salary is good, but that's just how it looks on the surface—don't be fooled!!
The boss's head is very shiny.
No wonder it's located across from a garbage dump—the interior environment is just like a garbage dump too.
I really can't think of any.
1. To be honest, the location is really remote.
2. There are far too many companies operating under different names:
Quan Xuan Co., Ltd.
= Quanyang Industrial Co., Ltd.
= Samoa Chuan Sheng Industrial Co., Ltd.
= Hsi-Shang-Hsi International Marketing & Sales Co., Ltd.
= Zhe Quan Co., Ltd.
= Hongchang Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
3. The job responsibilities are unclear. Although it is supposedly an administrative position, you also have to handle shipping, receiving, inventory counting, unpacking returned goods, and inventory management—it is practically an all-in-one role.
4. During the interview, they say that employees here stay for a long time, but that is not entirely true. The ones who have stayed a long time are mostly managers; regular employees come and go like a revolving door, with groups leaving each time.
5. The employees are actually quite unfriendly toward newcomers. Many people there got in through connections, so you really need to be careful if you want to work there.
6. Work is dumped on you indiscriminately, regardless of whether you have finished your own responsibilities. When things get urgent, they randomly pile work onto you and then say it has to be done that day—and the source files have not even been organized. Isn't that obviously bullying the newcomer?
6. There are many smiling tigers; you have to tread carefully at every step.
7. Work is inefficient, and there is no complete SOP. There is far too much rework, so you are constantly doing meaningless tasks. They often tell you, “Figure it out yourself”—such an irresponsible thing to say.
8. Overtime is the norm. If you cannot finish, they may even expect you to take the work home. There is no quality of life at all.

The commercial and business registrations announced by the Ministry of Economic Affairs either have the same address or involve the same group of people rotating among the positions of directors and supervisors.
The interview location listed on the job bank and the company profile are also the same.
