The company location is very difficult to find, and the interview wait was very long (they had completely forgotten that someone was coming for an interview). The manager was very talkative during the interview, but after actually joining, I found that the promises had really been greatly exaggerated; it was hard to stomach.
1. The company’s environment and equipment are old, dirty, and disorganized, and the fire-safety equipment is noncompliant. The boss is extremely stingy and doesn’t allow the air conditioning to be turned on—cardboard boxes and protective packing materials used for packaging are even salvaged from things other people have thrown away, refurbished, and reused.
2. The office atmosphere is oppressive, and the supervisors argue and bicker every day. There is no proper handover or training for new employees; everyone has their own way of doing things, leaving newcomers at a loss. Colleagues are all busy with their own work, and you will be scolded if you keep asking questions—but if you don’t ask, you can’t do the work.
(One colleague is very impatient and will directly yell insults such as “moron” and “idiot” when something is not done well.)
3. Low pay (the work is simple, but there are many miscellaneous administrative tasks), and they may forget to enroll employees in labor and health insurance.
4. The job posting is misleading, presenting one kind of position while selling another. The work does not help you grow; you are just frantically busy every day.

3. The bonus system goes back on its word (when you actually meet the threshold for receiving a bonus, they say they never said that).
