A company with absolutely no systems or standards, where right and wrong depend entirely on the boss’s mood and personal relationship with the boss. The boss privately conspires with the executive assistant about how to deal with employees, in a malicious way. The company’s conduct is extremely arrogant, completely disregards employees’ rights, and tramples on them at will. Job seekers are advised to keep their eyes open and choose a company carefully, and to always protect their rights from being taken away.

The interviewer had not screened the resumes in advance and only reviewed the applicant’s resume during the interview. The interview process was not very respectful of the applicant. The company was not very large and had piles of miscellaneous items. Employees are required to work on holidays.
