Pros
The workload is not heavy, and there is no need to work overtime!
Cons
The office is very small, the surrounding environment is not very clean, and the office is shared with other companies! The worst part is that they enroll you in labor and health insurance using the minimum insured salary (I had just graduated and didn't understand this, so I only found out after leaving the company).
